When Claudine Barretto posted a note from Rico Yan last December 27, 2015 it immediately went viral and fans of Rico Yan fondly remember the actor.
Rico Yan, an ex boyrfriend of Claudine Barretto, died of hemorrhagic pancreatitis while on vacation at Dos Palmas Resort in Palawan on March 29, 2002. It was the height of his carrer and weeks after their movie “Got to Believe” become a blockbuster hit. It was a movie that started the romcom fever in the movie industry.
On January 3 and 4, Claudine posts again in her Instagram account two more letters from Rico. She said it’s for the fans and she wanted them happy. She even tag Rico Yan’s sister Tina, her closets friend among Rico Yan’s siblings and said that the post are from the two of them.
