Born as Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco, Charice is dubbed as “the most talented girl in the world” by Oprah Winfrey. She is the first Asian solo singer in history who made it to Top ten (10) of “The Billboard 200 albums chart” for her first international album ‘Charice’ in 2010.
Her voice captured the hearts of many and even received international praises from Hollywood celebrities. Josh Groban said that Charice’s voice is one of the most beautiful voices he has heard in a long time. The executive music producer of the hit US television series Glee, Ryan Murphy once said, “When that girl opens her mouth, angels fly out.”
