6. Even before “Ang TV”, “Going Bulilit” and other children-oriented talent shows started, there was “That’s Entertainment” which was the most popular show then.
It was where most of today’s popular celebrities came from and was hosted by the Master Showman himself. The show was launched on January 6, 1986 and went off the air at the height of its popularity on March 23, 1996.
7. Since 1997, “Walang Tulugan with The Master Showman” was resurrected on TV and remains the longest running late night show that was hosted and produced by Kuya Germs. The show launched the careers of new artists. The show has the popular “Walang Tulugan!”
