4. Kuya Germs established the Eastwood City Walk of Fame which is the Philippine version of Hollywood’s Walk of Fame in USA to recognize personalities and celebrities who made their mark in the industry.
He used his own money to fund this project.
5. He contributed greatly to the Philippine Movie Industry.
He was named one of the best comedians in the 1960s. Kuya Germs got his first break in the movie “Susan, Susay, Susie” with veteran actress Susan Roces in 1963 and starred in different hit movies such as “Papa om Mawmaw (1964)”, “A Musical with Pilita Corales”, and “All Over the World (1967)” with Nora Aunor.
