2. “Beauty and The Bestie” delivered a ‘believable’ story with the right amount of comedy.
The movie has the right amount of humor with believable characters who connected well with viewers.
3. The winning combination of Vice Ganda and Director Wenn Deramas has the magic to make a blockbuster movie.
After doing three consecutive MMFF box office movies together, namely, “Sisterakas” (2012), “Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy” (2013), and “The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin” (2014), Vice and Deramas once again showed that they still have what it takes to make viewers happy. They definitely know what makes people laugh.
4. The movie has a natural “cuteness overload” without being “pa-cute”
We can’t get enough of the cuteness of child stars Marco Masa and Alonzo Muhlach who portrayed their roles well as “bibo” kids without being OA. Their performance was natural.
