Got married on December 11, 1992 in Lipa, Batangas, the couple celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary last year. With their union, one can say that age does not matter. They have a 10-year age difference. When they first met, Vilma was 31 and Ralph was only 21 years old only, and still a student.
They were together as boyfriend-girlfriend for seven years. Vilma only discovered that she loves him that much when she helped in his campaign as congressman of Batangas n 1992.
