Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez is the newest victim of Internet Hoax as she is pronounced dead “online” hours after the Miss Universe Pageant yesterday December 21, 2015 (Philippine time).
The false news about Miss Colombia is posted on a blog site “Super7News.com”, where it’s reported that Ariadna Gutierrez commits suicide moments after being de crowned.
Few hours after Miss Philippines wears crowned as Miss Universe 2015, there was a horrible mistake made by Miss Universe host Steve Harvey, who had accidentally crowned Miss Colombia as Miss Universe at first, but later crowning Miss Philippines, while apologizing for his mistake.
Now, it is being reported that Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, was found dead inside her changing room. the report says; “Authorities believe Gutierrez committed suicide. They found multiple pill bottles laying around Gutierrez’s corpse. Gutierrez was taken away from the scene moments after.”
Another blog site “Here it Before News” also reported a false news about Miss Colombia. It says that Ariadna Gutierrez is planning to sue Miss Universe host Steve Harvey for five (5) million dollars for his error.
“According to Miss Colombia, she plans to sue Steve Harvey for five million dollars because he wrongfully announced another contender as the winner for 2015 Miss universe. That mistake has put distress in my life, and i don’t think I’m ever going to be the same person again.”
Based on research, blog sites “Super7News” and “Here it Before News” are entertainment websites created for sharing fake news and hoax stories.
As of this writing, Miss Colombia is very much alive and resting with her family. We advise netizens not to easily believe in any news specially if the announcement did not come from big TV networks or reliable entertainment news websites.
