On Tuesday GMA Network producer announced that after nearly four months on air, the Kapuso’s top-rating prime time series “Marimar” will conclude later this month.

But how will it end?
After four months of poor ratings, GMA Network opted to forgo renewing their agreement to lease the show from Televisa and stars Megan Young and Tom Rodriguez will surely have their own separate shows soon since their tandem obviously failed to work on the small screen.
The very first Pinoy adaptation of “Marimar” starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes is a huge success, very far from their newest adaptation. It was supposed to be GMA Network’s answer to ABS-CBN’s retelling of “Pangako Sa ‘Yo,” but well, it failed big time.
