Gab Valenciano who is now married to Tricia Centenera and also the second son of “Mr. Pure Energy,” Gary Valenciano receives death threats and his older brother, Paolo Valenciano is worried about it.
According to Paolo his brother Gab Valenciano receives death threats due to Gab honest post on Facebook against the Presidential aspirant Rodrigo Duterte.
Based on Paolo’s second tweet, he read some posts pertaining to Gab’s wife that says “I hope your wife will get rape” a very cruel comment that can make other concern readers to pray for Davaenos to stop their anger and do not include Tricia on the issue since Gab is the only one who caught their attention.
Paolo shared that when he was in Davao, he totally enjoyed his stay and he labeled it as his Top 3 provinces he ever visited; but this scenario has been getting on his nerve.
Here’s the recap of Gab’s Facebook post about Duterte.
It’s not only Gab Valenciano who expressed their opinion on social media, in fact Gab’s post against Duterte includes a link that features the opinion of singer Kitchie Nadal who happens to be against to Duterte for being a “womanizer”.
According to Kitchie, “Womanizing has to be condemned and not condoned, this is a serious problem in our country; where mothers have to take all the responsibility of raising the whole family while the husbands womanize with society’s quiet approval.”
If being honest and concern to our country will only give danger to us and to our family does it means that we should keep mum on every issue that need our voices to speak up our own opinion? What happened to our freedom and freewill? Does freedom of speech is prevented also?
What will happen to Gab Valenciano and to those people who expressed their anger as well as opinions? We need to be open-minded and accept openly every opinion, comment; this is to show our respect so by the time it’s our turn to speak-up we could expect the same treatment.
If you are in Gab’s shoe, what will you feel?
