Charice Pempengco together with the University of the Philippines’ Madrigal Singers delivered a stellar performance singing the song “Para sa Bayan” in front of the international delegates in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit’s Welcome Dinner on Wednesday night, November 18 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The 23-year-old Charice was one of the artists invited to serenade APEC leaders and delegates. The Welcome Dinner isn’t the only event that was planned to entertain our foreign visitors.
