Its not new to see Joey de Leon’s tweet in news as he always makes intriguing tweets.
Early morning of October 28, 2015, veteran host of “Eat Bulaga” Joey de Leon tweeted about how career race is compared to a race of a horse (kabayo). His tweets caught the attention of netizens and made buzz in social media as many believes that this tweets have “double meaning”.
Joey de Leon tweeted twice about this matter and use the word “KABAYO” (Horse) in all caps.
In first tweet he said “Like LOVE, ang CAREER ay hindi minamadali. Ang minamadali lang na karera ay sa KABAYO.
After few minutes, he posted another tweet that has the same meaning from the previous one.
“I repeat, wag madaliin ang career. Treat it like LOVE. Wag itulad sa karera ng KABAYO, tapos agad!” Joey de Leon tweeted.
Mixed reactions received from Netizens who saw the post. Some says that the veteran host is just giving an advice and only the guilty gets hurt.
But many believes that Joey de Leon’s “Kabayo” post is for Vice Ganda after the Kapamilya “It’s Showtime” hosts’ controversial statement last October 24, 2015 where he says that the ABS-CBN noontime show cannot beat GMA Network’s “Eat Bulaga.”
Vice Ganda often jokes and compare himself to a horse. In 2010, the ABS-CBN Kapamilya comedian got the big break in his career when he played the lead role of Peter, the man that transforms into a horse on the box office hit “Petrang Kabayo”.
