The #ALDubEBTamangPanahon hashtag to commemorate the event “Sa Tamang Panahon”is set to break their first record of 25.6 million for #ALDubEBforLOVE.

The AlDub fans managed to achieve the 25.6 million tweets on September 26, when Alden Richards visited Maine “Yaya Dub” Mendoza at the mansion of Lola Nidora, Lola Tidora and Lola Tinidora.
The September 26 episode was the highest-viewed episode in the history of Kalyeserye. According to AGB Nielsen, it had a Mega Manila rating of 45.7%. During that time, the AlDub fans made 11.8 million tweets at the start of Eat Bulaga for the hashtag AlDubEBforLove.
But at around 10:15 AM today, October 24, the #ALDubEBTamangPanahon crossed the 12 million mark.
The very powerful AlDub nation started off with 14.5 million tweets at the beginning of the live airing of Eat Bulaga. At the end of the event “Sa Tamang Panahon”, Joey de Leon announced that the tweets have already climbed up to 23.1 million.
It is said that the AlDub fans will go for a record 36 million, to symbolize the 36 years of Eat Bulaga. That is 40% higher than their previous Twitter record. “Eat Bulaga” celebrated its 36th year on Philippine television on July 30, 2015, holding the record of being the longest-running noontime variety program on air in the history of Philippine television.
Before going out of the trending topics for today, the episode for today’s hashtag #AlDubEBTamangpanahon ended with 36.2M tweets.
“Sa Tamang Panahon” was held at the Philippine Arena, in front of a crowd of 55,000. It is the largest venue in the country and for the first time, the arena is full up to the brim.
The event was the surprise announcement made by Lola Nidora on October 17.
Immediately after the announcement of the event, fans have lined up at various ticket outlets and Ticketworld online broke down several times. VIP tickets priced at P1200 were sold out only a few hours after. Within 3 days, all the 55000 tickets were sold out.
“Sa Tamang Panahon” is a phrase which was popularized by Wally Bayola a.k.a. Lola Nidora in Kalyeserye. She always says that phrase whenever she is in a sermon mode, especially with the AlDub love team. She often reminds the pair that a love that is true is willing to wait.
