Alden Richards just released “Wish I May” last Saturday, October 17, 2015. This is his sophomore album and amazingly just after three days of its released, it already got its platinum status.
Moreover, last Saturday on noontime show “Eat Bulaga!,” Alden obtained a gold record award from PARI for “Wish I May.” In fact, the album is just about to be released that day. Alden expressed his gratefulness to the pre-orders and sales from the digital download of carrier single “Wish I May.”
Furthermore, his album is currently on top of the iTunes Philippines chart followed by the newest singles of One Direction, Taylor Swift, and Justin Bieber.
“Wish I May” has 11 tracks and with his well-known rendition of “God Gave Me You” by Bryan White, How Great Is Our God, and “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran. “Wish I May” and “UrongSulong” are his original sound tracks.

If Alden’s “Wish I May” album can come up to 150,000 copies in sales, he will be considered as the second Kapuso male artist after Christian Bautista to have a Diamond Award.
