Nadine Lustre is the better half of the today’s famous loveteam ‘Jadine’. She is known for her cute and cuddly act with her partner James Reid. Their tandem started with their first movie “And Diary ng Panget”, wherein she played the role of ‘Eya Rodriguez’ and James as ‘Cross Sandford’. They also had their second movie “Talk Back and You’re Dead” last 2014, and “Para Sa Hopeless Romantic” which just showed earlier this year.
Now, with their teleserye “On The Wings of Love,” Nadine heart-warmingly thanks everyone who contributed to make the show successful. Just last week, it was very memorable to everybody when the #OTWOLMostAwaitedKiss gained one million tweets and continues to trend on Twitter.
Even other stars in the industry tweeted the hashtag, sharing their excitement and happiness towards the show.
According to Nadine, “I was really grateful po to the fans and of course to Dreamscape and Viva Productions for giving us this project for me and James.”
She also added, “Kasi hindi ko alam, e. Hindi ko po alam kung ano pa ang mararamdaman ko. I’m just really, really happy na ganun ang pagtanggap ng tao sa “On The Wings of Love.”
Nadine also mentioned that even though the show got high rankings she is still nervous because they are not sure if they can maintain the numbers of their TV viewers and still hoping that their fans will continue support them.(Super po nakakakaba po siya. Hindi po namin alam kung paano namin masu-sustain pa yung panonood ng marami. I just hope na patuloy silang sumuporta).
As an addition to Nadine Lustre’s success in the industry, just last September 20, 2015, she won the ‘German Moreno Youth Achievement Award’ in 63rd FAMAS Awards that was held in Newport Performing Arts in Resorts World Manila.
But despite Nadine Lustre’s achievement, she can even resist the rivalry issues with her look-a-like Kathryn Bernardo. She even heard a lot of negativities from her bashers about it. However, Nadine respectfully answered these issues, “Well, eto naman po kasi, when you go into showbiz, hindi naman po puwedeng walang bashers. It comes with it. Kasama po talaga siya. I guess I’m just really thankful na meron din [bashers]. Kasi yun nga, wala namang sikat na walang bashers.”
So, in other words, there is no issue between Nadine Lustre and Kathryn Bernardo.
