This 26 year old actress started her career as a Kristal in the hit primetime series Bakekang in 2006. She was paired with Cogie Domingo. She tried teeny bopper roles in several Kapuso series until her acting prowess was noticed in the movie Shake Rattle and Roll and was awarded as the New Movie Actress of the Year. Sexy and challenging roles started to come in as she bagged her first major acting award Best Actress from Cinamalaya thru MAYOHAN, an indie film back in 2010. She was one of the youngest to be FAP LUNA and PASADO Awards’ Best Supporting Actress for the movie Thy Womb in 2012 acting alongside the Superstar, Ms. Nora Aunor.
She then starred in major mainstream film projects like the remake of the cult classic Tempatation Island together with Marian Rivera, Heart Evangelista and Solenn Heusaff, My Neighbor’s Wife with Dennis Trillo, Jake Cuenca and Carla Abellana, Aswang as her solo movie project and The Bride and the Lover with Paulo Avelino and Jennylyn Mercado. She also made waves in the TV industry as has started in some of the most awarded and unforgettable GMA TV series in the recent years like the fierce and fiercy Natasha in Legacy, the very noble and admirable Michelle in the critically acclaimed miniseries Titser. the very optimistic Lovelia in Akin Parin Ang Bukas and the sympathetic martyr mistress Sheila in Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real. All these characters made LOVI POE one of the most versatile and well loved actresses of her generation.
