Reality TV show “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) is no stranger to controversy, given the nature of its unique set up and the fact that the housemates have different backgrounds and come from different walks of life.
This means no one knows for sure how they will act in certain situations, especially if they are drunk. This has resulted in bouts of bizarre behavior and other outrageous actions brought about by the effects of alcohol. Indeed, the “spirits” that possess the housemates can be so overpowering that they sometimes forget that they are being monitored 24/7.
While Kuya allows drinking on special occasions, he can’t control how much alcohol the housemates consume. One can’t help but wonder why he gives them something to drink in the first place.

1. PBB Season 1 (2005) Sam Milby and Chx Alcala
During the Hawaiian Luau party that Kuya allowed to welcome Sam Milby, the latter and three other housemates got drunk and things got wild. After drinking, Uma, Cass, Chx, and Sam went swimming and cameras later caught Sam and Chx kissing. The two also took a bath together that evening. Due to its sensitive content, the show was suspended by the MTRCB. PBB also asked viewers not to spread the video.
