At the recent press conference of GMA 7’s new prime time series “My Faithful Husband”, Dennis Trillo didn’t falter when asked about his relationship with Jennylyn Mercado.
At 34, the actor said he’s at the right age to get married, but he doesn’t mind waiting another three or five years to do so.
When asked if he’s waiting for Jennylyn to say “yes”, Dennis said, “Let’s see and I am looking forward to it.”
The two last teamed up in the 2010 drama “Gumapang Ka Sa Lusak” where they fell in love. In March 2011, they parted ways due to petty fights, but both admit they have learned from their mistakes.
Rumor has it that the former lovebirds are together again even before reuniting in the new TV series. Jennylyn was supposedly caught visiting Dennis’ condo, while the latter posted photos of him and Jen on Instagram enjoying their stay at the Balesin Club in Polillo, Quezon province.
The two have not confirmed their relationship, and would rather keep quiet for now. However, there is no denying the fact that Jennylyn is one of the most beautiful actresses, and Dennis talks about her with a twinkle in his eye.
Dennis knows that marriage is not a walk in the park because it carries a lot of responsibilities. He admits he has saved enough money to jump into it when the time comes.
Who knows what will be the next chapter in their love story? What is certain is that both are single parents with one child. Dennis broke up with Bianca King, while Jen parted ways with Luis Manzano.
