“I cried,” Ultimate Multimedia Star Toni Gonzaga said when asked how was her first night as a married woman, according to Push.
“Nung first night talaga namin, naiyak ako nang natapos na ‘yung buong wedding. Tapos umuwi ako kasama ko siya. Kasi parang hindi ako makapaniwala na, ‘Uy, grabe, hindi mo na ako ihahatid, na-realize mo ba ‘yun?’ Overwhelmed lang,” sabi pa ulit niya,” the Home Sweetie Home wife added.
(“During our first night together, I cried after the wedding ended. Because it’s as if I couldn’t believe that [she said] ‘Hey, you don’t need to send me home, have you realized it?’ ‘[I’m] overwhelmed,’ he said again.”)
The PBB main host takes pride in herself that Paul is the only man in her life.
“Parang bigla akong tumingin kay Paul, ‘Oy, grabe, ikaw lang ang lalaki sa buhay ko,’” she recalled the first night with her husband.

Meanwhile, the Kapamilya actress admitted she still adjusting being a wife, like preparing food for his husband. Before, her parents will wake her up so she wouldn’t miss appointment, now she does wake up herself.
“Nagiging emotional ako. Naiiyak ako. Katulad nung isang beses, okay na. Kumain na kami, tapos biglang aalis na siya papuntang trabaho. Tapos, nalulungkot ako. Mag-isa na lang ako. Gusto kong umuwi sa bahay namin, ‘Ang lungkot naman dito,’” she shared.
(“I’m becoming emotional. I tend to cry. Like one time, it was okay. We already ate, then he’d suddenly leave to go to work. And then, I get sad. I’m left alone. I want to go back home. It’s sad here.”)
She also shared how generous her husband when the latter bought a new car for her, which is expected to arrive in August, since she gave her own to sister Alex, Abante reported.
At the moment, Toni and Paul is living in a condo owned by the latter. They plan to build their dream house soon.
