In this world, nothing is permanent and “something has to end,” according to Kapuso actress Louise Delos Reyes who told PEP.ph that she is not closing her doors to the idea of transferring to another network or getting a new manager.
“Life is constantly changing. We can’t tell what’s in store for us in the future. Neither can I tell how long I’ll stay here or when I’ll move out,” she said.
“Relationships are the same whether it’s between a mother and child, couples, or in business. Something has to end sooner or later,” the Alakdana star added.
New project
For now, however, the GMA 7 artist enjoys whatever blessings come her way. She revealed that she will be joining Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo in “My Faithful Husband.”
“Fans should look forward to the twist in the story. Jen is my sister and Dennis is my brother-in-law. This time, it’s not the man who is having an affair, but the woman. Watch out for my role in the story,” she said.
While she didn’t fully reveal her character. Louise admitted that she’s ready to take on mature roles.
“Yeah, I think it’s about time, I’m not getting younger anymore. I want to evolve as an artist,” she said.
Will we see her performing daring love scenes? Louise kept mum about this, but she is willing to do more and likes to explore other genres.
“I want to try everything, like horror or comedy. I can’t be in drama all the time,” she revealed.
So far, the 21-year-old actress’ biggest break was when she played dual roles in “Kambal Sirena” that concluded on June 27, 2014.
Back to supporting roles
At present, Louise is back to supporting roles, but she remains grateful nevertheless. It’s obvious that she’s happy with GMA 7.
“Every artist has low moments, but I love my craft more than having shows every month or every three months. Whenever I get projects, I give my best shot. For me, if you’re an artist, it’s not just about the shows they give you, but how you take the role by heart. I’m happy with my mother network. I owe them big time. I’m in this position and have a lot of blessings because of them,” she concluded.
