It can now be told! Two GMA Primetime series “Let The Love Begin” and “The Rich Man’s Daughter” will say goodbye on TV on August 7.
“Let The Love Begin” starring Ruru Madrid and Ai-Ai delas Alas obviously did not get any extension from the bosses. The series which started on May 4 did not get any single win from its rival shows – from “Forevermore” to “Pangako Sa ‘Yo.” Despite the powerhouse cast support for the loveteam GabRu, it’s still not enough to attract more viewers.
Meanwhile, “The Rich Man’s Daughter” topbilled by Glaiza de Castro and Rhian Ramos failed to reproduce the success of “My Husband’s Lover.” It’s one of the most-hyped and well promoted Kapuso show I have seen but then something, somewhere is still missing on the show why even LGBT community did not care to watch this show. It supposed to carry the flag of the LGBT but it turned out to be some kind of a regular show with a lesbian and nothing more.
