Fresh from the top rated 2014 Philippines romantic comedy television series Forevermore where she played as Maria Agnes Calay, LIZA SOBERANO is set to play another character that will surely leave a mark to the Filipinos. Hailed as being the most beautiful girl in showbizness, every girl is looking up to her for simplicity and being so ladylike. Yet, she has something on her that netizens should know. Liza has dual personality.
The dual personality is not bad at all in Liza’s case. She will star in Star Cinema’s upcoming offering JUST THE WAY YOU ARE together with her on-screen partner, ENRIQUE GIL (Drake). They are collectively known as the country’s BREAKTHROUGH LOVE TEAM OF 2015. Liza will Be playing the role of SOPHIA, who are the least popular in school and holding a grudge against her father but just keeping it all by herself. This is a second personality for a very hard working actress because the time they are doing the Forevermore was the same time they shoot the film Just The Way You Are. Playing two different characters is not that easy but Liza nailed it.
What is more challenging, playing Agnes or Sophia?
“They’re both very challenging, both different kasi. I had a hard time portraying Agnes at first kasi in real life I’m not as big as Agnes, so it was difficult for me to express widely. Sophia naman is also difficult for me to play her character because may layers siya. Like she is quiet but on the inside, more of what what she is feeling on the inside and it’s hard to express it without really not showing it.”
