Just like “Hiram na Ala-Ala” and “Strawberry Lane’s” fate, Bianca Umali and Miguel Tanfelix’s “Once Upon A Kiss,” which ended on May 1, ended on a low note.
“Once Upon A Kiss” finale received low ratings on both AGB Nielsen’s NUTAM and Kantar Media’s nationwide data. On AGB Nielsen’s NUTAM, “Once Upon A Kiss” got 20% while its rival “Forevermore” effortlessly rated 25.9%; meanwhile on Kantar Media nationwide ratings, “Once Upon A Kiss” rated poorly with 15.1% only versus “Forevermore’s” 33.2%. Imagine that very big gap! It’s million miles away in viewership.
Bianca Umali and Miguel Tanfelix are considered the KathNiel of Kapuso Network. But what happened? Despite the big break, there’s a lot more lacking on this loveteam. They look so bland and boring I guess.
