In a very rare occasion, AGB Nielsen’s NUTAM is back to announce GMA Network’s position as the number 1 television network today with 35.2% average total day audience share in NUTAM (National Urban Television Audience Measurement) higher than ABS-CBN’s 33.8% and TV5’s 9.3% for the month of April.
This is far, of course, to Kantar Media’s data for the same month with ABS-CBN as the undisputed leader with an average audience share of 42%, or five points higher than GMA Network’s 37% and TV5’s 8%, based on data from Kantar Media.
I was able to check the latest NUTAM data posted at AGB Nielsen’s Twitter account and I found this:

The strongest with the highest TV ratings I’m seeing now in NUTAM is mostly from ABS-CBN. So how come GMA Network is leading in NUTAM? Can someone please tell us how to do this math for us to understand it very well? Is there a magic here?
Unlike Kantar Media which never forget to send us their daily and monthly releases, AGB Nielsen’s NUTAM data is nowhere to find. Para siyang kabute na susulpot na lang kapag kailangan. I still believe in NUTAM but please don’t hide your data for us to fully understand it.
