Batangas Governor Vilma Santos revealed in an interview with Winnie Monsod on “Bawal ang Pasaway” that her husband, Senator Ralph Recto, had once cheated on her. The interview aired Monday on GMA News TV. Vilma said they had an agreement that if ever there is an issue arise, Ralph should tell it to her first hand than hearing the issue from someone else.
