Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla is the newest addition to the hosts of “Happy Wife, Happy Life,” the TV5 talk show devoted to housewives, moms and women, which is now on its second season. She will join main hosts Danica Sotto-Pingris and LJ Moreno-Alapag in celebrating goodness at home TV5’s weekday every 10:00am show “Happy Wife, Happy Life.” In joining the program, Mariel brings with her a different kind of point of view about being a woman, about being a wife and how to keep house.
Mariel replaced former hosts RR Enriquez and Jeck Maierhofer were let go by TV5 after a controversial prank video showing them seemingly harassing a commuter went viral.
“Hindi talaga tino-tolerate ng TV5 ’yung mga misdemeanors na ganu’n, especially that housewives po sila. They should set good examples to mothers out there. Naging strict po ang TV5 ’pag dating sa pagi-implement ng mga ganu’ng bagay,” Marge Natividad, business unit head of “Happy Wife, Happy Life,” discloses.
