ABS-CBN’s newest primetime drama series “Nathaniel” debuted strongly as the series topbilled by Gerald Anderson, Shaina Magdayao, and Marco Masa won national TV ratings.
According to data from Kantar Media last Monday (April 20), “Nathaniel” scored a national TV rating of 29.4%, which is 14 percentage points higher compared to its rival program in GMA “Pari Ko’y” (15.3%).
Because of the beautiful message and important values it wants to impart viewers, “Nathaniel” also conquered social networking sites such as Twitter where the hashtag #Nathaniel became a nationwide trending topic.
The success of Gerald, Shaina, and Marco’s drama series continues as its second episode soared higher with a national TV rating of 31.5%, which is 15 points higher compared to its competition (16.1%).
Meanwhile, “Nathaniel” will surely charm more viewers in its next episodes now that Paul (Gerald) and Rachel (Shaina) are facing a new chapter of their lives after the death of their son Nathaniel. Will Paul and Rachel still be able to keep their marriage or will they fall out of love from each other because of all the anger and pain in their hearts? What will they do when they meet their son Nathaniel (Marco), who has become an angel sent down from heaven?
