The chemistry between this two hottest celebrity of the country started on 2011 while doing Binondo Girl. Kim Chiu played the lead role of Jade Dimaguiba/Yuan Sy and Xian Lim was Andrew Wu. Fans and supporters were going crazy over the kilig brought by the two and that’s when KimXi tandem was born. The said show was followed by another hit TV series Ina, Kapatid, Anak and three mainstreams Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo, Bride For Rent and Past Tense.
But how true is that Kim is actually Xian’s hero on his career. Kim’s fans and supporters said that it was really Kim, who is lifting up Xian’s career for the past years. Especially when Xian was involved in a recent controversy pertaining to his “bad attitude” shown during his Albay show. Others are even counting how many fans there were supporting Xian alone (without tagging Kim as a love team) and they came up less.
“You need a very nice group of people, a very stable circle just to get through things. Syempre given na you have to be strong and all that but your circle, yun talaga dapat matatag because they’re the ones who’s gonna be there for you,” Xian said when he was interviewed during his California concert.
