It looks like that the Philippines Maria Mercedes Jessy Mendiola is ready now to rekindle her relationship with ex-boyfriend JM De Guzman. It was after a popular website Push.com posted Jessy’s photo with John Lapus while on an interview for the latter’s online show “Korek ka John!” She admitted that ex-boyfriend JM is courting her again.
The two were seen together in a so-called date on blockbuster independent film That Thing Called Tadhana. It was the comeback movie of JM De Guzman with Angelica Panganiban. After that, they never get a chance to go out again but Jessy admitted that JM has been sending her flowers and even sent a sea food to her mom.
During the interview, when asked about JM’s second chance (referring to his comeback) Jessy said, “May chance kasi everyone deserves a second chance. Kung sa beauty pageant nga pang third time pwede.” However, there were statements that we may call “hint”, whether she will accept JM again to her life. “He has always been a part of my life and I don’t think anyone or anything could take him out of my life. Hindi po ako mahilig magsara ng pinto. Kadalasan po kapag sarado ang pinto ‘yong bintana ang bukas.” (UKG interview)
But it turned out that JM’s supporters are not happy about it. They keep posting nasty comments pertaining to Jessy being a “user”. They said, Jessy Mendiola’s career is on the rocks now that’s why she is clinging to someone who can raise her up again. And JM De Guzman is the perfect fit. They are even blaming Jessy as to the reason why JM got into drugs way back and made his life miserable. – \^^^/
