After a long battle with cancer, Liezl Martinez, wife of actor Albert Martinez, passed away this morning. Liezl is the only daughter of actors Amalia Fuentes and Romeo Vasquez. She left her three (3) wonderful kids, Alyanna, Alfonso and Alyssa.
Liezl’s uncle, Cheng Muhlach, said “Si Liezl, yung pamangkin ko, namatay kaninang umaga, 6:15 a.m., stage 4 cancer.” All the family is here. Ibuburol siya sa Arlington.”
The actress was diagnosed Stage 3 of cancer on 2007 and she was in the hospital since Monday.

“Anna Lisa ‘Liezl’ Sumilang Martinez, peacefully passed away in her sleep at 6:15 this morning, 14th of March 2015. She was 47. “Liezl is surrounded by her beloved husband, Albert; precious children, Alyanna, Alfonso, and Alyssa; loving mother, Amalia; father Bobby; and her relatives at this time of love and grief. “Thank you for your continued prayers.
