A love month indeed to comedienne Pokwang when she revealed in February 2 episode of Kris TV that she is now in a relationship with Lee O’Brian.
Pokwang and Lee met last year in the US where they shot their movie Edsa Woolworth but the relationship grew fonder when Lee came to the Philippines to promote the movie on January. And they confirmed their feelings for each other on January 20 when they have their 3-day vacation in Boracay together with other co-stars Steven Spohn and Prince Saruhan.
“Pinagdadasal ko ngayon, bukod sa thank you, na sana ito na. Lord, sana ito na po,” Pokwang told Kris Aquino.
How it started? “Dumating, tapos promo. Nag-Boracay then bumalik. Nagdinner din sa bahay tapos nakita ko na ang saya-saya niya, sa lahat ng nangyayari na magkakasama kami ulit. Tapos nakain niya yung mga favorite Filipino dishes. Nag-premiere night, then Boracay, three days after bumalik ng Manila, tapos nagkasarinlan kaming dalawa. May quality time kami kung ano ba talaga tayo. Kasi baka mamaya ako lang ang in love,” Pokwang shared.
“Tapos sabi niya, first shooting day pa lang meron an siyang keme. Tapos hinalikan niya ako. Tapos sabi niya gusto niya ako, masaya siya kapag nakikita niya ako,” Pokwang added.
She thought she will get a problem with her only daughter Mae but it turned out that Mae was just waiting for Pokwang to open up. Eventually, the daughter approves the relationship. Will it be a happy ever after?
