So GMA Network will really let their flagship program “Sunday All Stars” stay as it is on its timeslot with fewer artists and lesser time. Despite the clamor from the fans of the show, the management seems to ignore their requests about the show. Since it premiered on June 2013, “Sunday All Stars” was having a hard time giving its competitor “ASAP” a better fight, as if the show’s no longer existing. The show got Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez, Soul Diva Jaya Ramsey and Soul Princess Jonalyn Viray and a lot more but the show’s still lacking charisma over its effortless competition in giving world-class performances.
So is it really the end of “Sunday All Stars?” Oh no! Not yet…
Based on Jun Lalin’s article published in Abante-Tonite, the Kapuso Network is currently thinking of a new musical-variety show aside from “Sunday All Stars” to give way to other artists to showcase their talents. So at least, the management is fully aware that the 1-hour-show “Sunday All Stars” is not enough.
