Two years ago, we asked you which TV Ratings provider you trust the most, and we received a lot of interesting feedback from our readers. Kantar Media won our 2012 and 2013 poll. But it’s been nearly 12 months, and we’re wondering if your views have changed.
This online survey will run for 3 weeks starting today, November 17 until December 8.
About AGB Nielsen and Kantar Media
Both AGB Nielsen and Kantar Media have its own basis of their scientific measurements which says which among these television networks is leading.
Kantar Media is a leading television (TV) audience measurement provider with capabilities in gathering TV viewing data in both digital and analog platforms. It is a multinational market research group that specializes in audience measurement in more than 80 countries, has 26 TV networks, ad agencies, and pan-regional networks subscribing to its ratings services.
Meanwhile, GMA and TV5 subscribe to Nielsen TV Audience Measurement while ABS-CBN is the lone local major TV network that reportedly subscribes to Kantar Media, formerly known as TNS. In Mega Manila, Nielsen TV Audience Measurement gathers data based on a sample size of 1,190 homes and has a nationwide urban sample size of 2,000 homes.
