Broadcast journalist Ted Failon probes the House Bill No. 4462 or Motorcycle Safety for Child Act that prohibits children aged ten years old and below to ride motorcycles to promote road safety in “Failon Ngayon” this Saturday (June 14)
Ted weighs out how do people, especially the parents, feel about the bill as they will be restricted to send and pick-up their kids from school using their motorcycles.
The episode also looks into the implementation of the higher penalties on colorum or unauthorized public utility vehicles and traffic rule violators. Fines of up to P1 million for colorum vehicles will take effect on June 19.
