“Jewel in the Palace” was shown on GMA Network’s pre-primetime slot (before “24 Oras”) and was the highest rated Koreannovela from November 2005 to March 2006, beaten only by “My Name is Kim Sam Soon,” which aired on GMA Telebabad slot. Due to its massive popularity, the show was re-run and enjoyed high ratings. This will be the third time that “Jewel in the Palace” will be aired on TV.
Both “Jewel in the Palace” and “My Name is Kim Sam Soon” will begin its re-run starting May 26.
