Broadcast journalist Ted Failon finds the answer as he tackles spousal support law in the Philippines in “Failon Ngayon” this Saturday (April 26).
The investigative program, which recently won a Bronze World Medal at the 2014 New York Festivals, also examines when a person is allowed to make a citizen’s arrest, which allows private individuals to arrest an offender.
Ted also provides updates on its January 18 episode that featured bus companies that have pending lawsuits but continue to operate.
“Failon Ngayon” also puts the spotlight on suspected pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles after she allegedly expressed willingness to speak up on the alleged misuse of public funds by lawmakers.
