This is the story from an OFW buyer:
Well, umorder na ako sa kanya before ng watch. Okay naman yun naging transaction and everything. Dumating yun product on time. Ang mode of payment n’ya is thru her bank accounts. Pre-order lahat. Ipo-post nya sa IG tapos oorder ka thru viber then you have to pay 50% DP. Pag dumating na sa kanya yun item, immessage ka n’ya then you’ll have to deposit the remaining amount then ishiship n’ya thru Xend. So after my first order came, I trusted her na kasi our transaction was very organized, plus she had a lot of followers. Mas na-entice tuloy ako umorder pa ulit.
Then came my 2nd transaction with her. It was a pair of Casio vintage watch worth 3k a pair. Gift ko sana for my Mom on her bday last Feb. Same manner of transaction ginawa namin. I pre-ordered, paid half of the DP then waited for her viber msg about the arrival from shipment. Nun nagmsg na sya na the product arrived na, I was abroad. So i msged her na if pwede Feb5 nako magdedeposit (kasi Feb5 may flight ako sa Cebu so atleast dun na lang ako magdedeposit thru BPI) and she said its ok. So Feb5 nagdeposit ako ng remaining 50% thru BPI and viber-ed her the deposit slip. She replied noted. And then ayun na I waited for my product for a week, then 2 weeks, then a month na. Constantly im sending her a message na wala pa yun product, pero medyo lenient pako kasi im trying to understand na baka nadelay lang yun shipment or whatever.
Nun una nagrereply pa sya with a lot of alibis nga lang. Then lately wala na talaga. I’ve tried calling her sa viber, regular calls, text messages, viber messages — lagat dedma. So nagcomment nako sa IG. At binubura nya ha. So may time magbura pero no time to reply to me. Still somehow i tried to get into the details so ako na din mismo nag-inquire sa courier which is Xend. They are replying naman but they need this certain “waybill” from the shipper to confirm if the courier (Xend) received the product talaga. But the thing is, di na nga nagrereply si Tempthings by Tin sakin so di ko mabigay yun waybill kay Xend.
The OFW buyer also added, “Alam mo ba i’m at my wit’s end na kakaisip what to do with this issue. Wala naman kaso yun 3k kasi pera lang naman yun and all, pero pag naiisip ko na may mga tao na hindi naman pinupulot ang 3k just to give it away sa mga kagaya nya, nakakainit ng ulo.”

same predicament…I’ve already paid full last feb 25…still haven’t got the watch that is supposedly for my son’s graduation
