Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Lyoto “The Dargon” Machida will follow up a spectacular middleweight debut as he faces international star Gerard Mousasi in UFC Fight Night 36 live via satellite on Sunday (February 16).
Machida knocked out longtime contender Mark Munoz in the former’s first match in the weight class while Mousasi won by decision in his first fight in the UFC. In the co-main event, another of Brazil’s finest mixed martial artists, Ronaldo “Jacre” Souza, looks to keep his unbeaten UFC record intact when he faces Canada’s Francis Carmont, a top-notch talent who has won his past 11 bouts including six in the UFC.
Catch UFC Fight Night 36: Machida vs Mousasi live via satellite on Balls Channel Sunday (February 16) at 12:00 PM. The matches will air live and commercial free on Balls HD at 11:30 AM with same-day replay on ABS CBN Sports + Action at 9 PM.
