Here’s her letter:
I was shocked a lots of the report about these incident of Vhong Navarro, and why these people not arrested and investigated, who cares if they are a children of billionaires they must be arrested accordingly to their criminal acts that they made to anyone else, to have them discipline and punishment of the law to make them learn in and out of the world.
This person was been abused, mauled, assault, attempted murder, needs justice and protection. The Philippines must be declare Martial to discipline and control the criminals, and the electric chair punishment, must be taken back like the olden days. The Philippines was the most corrupts I ever known and number one the list worldwide.
I hope you must do an action about these criminal act with these people.
Many Thanks and Best Regards,
S. Smith
