“Prinsesa ng Buhay Ko” star Kris Bernal is crying out loud today on instagram for she’s in trouble over the an online seller @shopwiserph.
On her first Instagram post today about @shopwiserph, Kris said that an Instragram Seller, Karen G. Fajardo of @shopwiserph, ‘has been harsh’ on her. She also shared that she bought an item on that online seller, and since she’s a celebrity, she was offered offered a free shipping.

krisbernal: I don’t usually do this. No, I don’t do this at all. But on this matter things are different and getting out of hand. This Instragram Seller, Karen G. Fajardo of @shopwiserph, has been harsh about me. This IG seller @shopwiserph that I bought an item from is spreading ill rumors about me. And I don’t deserve being judged like this. Here’s the story. I BOUGHT a makeup train case from @shopwiserph, which is worth P4,500 on December 18, 2013. She did not give me a discount but offered me a free shipping since she said I am a celebrity. I replied “OK”. I immediately deposited P4,500 to her account on December 18, 2013 thru BDO (Please see attached deposit slip as proof of payment). When I received the train case, she included a pair of foot pads which I really never asked from her, so I presumed it is free because i never give her any intention of buying such. Besides, there she wrote, “MERRY CHRISTMAS KRIS”. After a few days, she has posted several offensive accusations in IG which she even tagged my friends in showbiz and Fashion Police. Ohh, THIS IS TOO MUCH! How can I post the traincase when I PAID IT IN FULL? Besides I really have no plan to post it that is why I paid it in full; because it is a gift for a celebrity friend and I do not want her to think that I got it only for free, which in reality again, I paid for it in FULL! Free shipping? Free foot pads? Fine, I am willing to pay for it despite what she said that it’s for free. Not a big deal. ENOUGH OF THIS.
On her second post, minutes after the first one, Kris posted a screencap of her conversation with the online seller. Details below:
krisbernal: This conversation shows how she treated me as a customer. I explained my reason. I don’t fight back because it’s just a waste of time. I see to it na wala akong tinatapakang tao, and with this, medyo sumobra na, I need to address this. I am transparent, you can read it here in this picture or her posts at @shopwiserph. And for the people who quickly reacted and judged me through her post, I hope you always first know the real and complete story behind every situation or issue. An hour after her first post, Kris again posted on Instagram that she ‘was really hurt’ on what happened between her and the online seller. Check out the full post below:
krisbernal: Mahinahon ako nakipag-usap pero ang taas na agad ng galit niya. Fine, I’ll pay for the P300 shipping fee. Babayaran ko na rin yung foot pad na gift niya na P200 daw. Isang araw pa lang, na hindi ko pa nadeposit yung P500, galit na galit na sya. Nag-taping lang ako ng soap ng buong araw, na hindi pa nga ako nakakauwi at nakakatulog, hindi niya naiintindihan un. :s ang dami niya na sinabi at ginawa. I was really hurt. :s

Nag okay ka pa nga twice!!! If wala kang balak ipromote, eh di dapar sinabi mo at hindi mo kinuha ung free shipping at freebie. Oo hindi mo hingi ung item. Pero nung sinabi namin sayo na bibigyan ka namin ng freebie in return for promoting us, ang reply mo “awwwww naexcite naman ako. Thanks”. Sige nga. Edukada kang tao. Nag okay ka at nagsabi pa na naexcite ka sa freebie after sabihin sau bigyan ka ng free shipping at freebie to promote their shop. Ano ba ibig sabihin nun? Di ka ba nanlilinlang ng kapwa mo??
