“Vhong, we’re here for you. We’d like to take this moment to pray for you,” a tearful Anne Curtis said before leading the prayer for her co-host.
Messages of support for Vhong from celebrities and fans also flooded social media, making the hashtag #PrayForVhongNavarro top Twitter’s worldwide trending topics.

Vhong will temporarily not be seen on “It’s Showtime” as he continues to recover, said his manager, director Chito Rono.
