Gerry is the owner of Eng Bee Tin Chinese Deli in Bonondo, Manila that is known for innovating delicious Chinese delicacies and Filipino treats here and abroad.
At 21 years old, Gerry took over his family’s business and used everything his grandfather taught him to produce his soon-to-be-famous ube hopia, an invention that would later on make him a mega-millionaire.
Now, Eng Bee Tin produces 4,000 pieces of hopia a day and has become one of the country’s biggest exporters of hopia.
Karen will also feature Joy Lim’s popular “Charms and Crystals,’ the country’s most sought-after shop of personalized lucky charms that caters to celebrities, businessmen, and even politicians.
