GMA Network has already put the ax on the Sunday horror show “Dormitoryo.” Everyone thought its extended since Wynwin Marquez was reported to play another role as a twin sister (of the ghost Maika), and not just a ghost, but then, we don’t know what’s the reason of the cancellation.
According to its program manager Ali Nokom-Dedicatoria in an article of The Philippine Star, “Dormitoryo” will only air for 13 weeks, and also according to her, “If the ratings are good, we can extend it and do another dormitory story.”
Based on the recent TV ratings released by AGB Nielsen (December 1), “Dormitoryo” is performing well on its timeslot, of course when we compared it with “LUV U.” “Dormitoryo”‘s 9.6% Mega Manila Household Ratings on December 1 episode also lagged behind ABS-CBN’s “ASAP 18″‘s 10.8%. So “Dormitoryo” did not perform well in TV ratings?
