During the Yamamay swimsuit fashion show where the Miss Universe contestants modeled the 2014 Yamamay for Miss Universe swimwear collection at the Rio Leninsky Mall, on October 26, 2013, Miss Dominican Republic, Yaritza Reyes fell through a triangular hole on the runway.
