Broadcast journalist Julius Babao exposes a Makati Post Office employee and a Bureau of Customs officer who allegedly pocket money from customers claiming packages from abroad in “Bistado” this Monday (September 23).
According to 31-year old “JC,” the two officers offer him a 50% discount in fees every time he claims packages of items he buys from an online selling website. After each transaction, however, they refuse to issue a receipt.
Julius will also reveal the modus operandi of a snatcher riding a motorcycle. The snatcher doesn’t only steal things from his victims, but also pins their faces to the ground.
