After Lebron James, basketball superstar Kobe Bryant is now here in hoops-crazy country for the launching of Lenovo’s new wave of mobile smart phones.
Lenovo Philippines brings Kobe Bryant back to Manila on August 12, to launch their new wave of mobile smart phones to the Philippine market, one day after the country finishes hosting the FIBA Asia Men’s Basketball Championship. He returned to the country to promote Lenovo’s latest line of mobile phones as the Chinese tech company’s brand ambassador.
The 32-second clip featured the Lenovo K900, the company’s latest flagship smartphone, which is powered by Intel’s Dual Core Z2580 CPU.
In a press conference at the Maxims in Pasay on Monday, Bryant addressed questions on his road to recovery from a torn Achilles tendon that he sustained during the NBA playoffs. Today marks Kobe’s sixth visit to the Philippines, once with Adidas, thrice with Nike and the last with a band of young stars bannered by Chicago Bulls point guard and former NBA MVP Derrick Rose, Oklahoma Thunder Kevin Durant and his former teammate and now Houston Rocket James Harden in a pair of exhibition games during the lockout period in 2011.
