Breakthrough series’ final stop goes full blast as Nikki and Luke join Ser Chief, Maya, Sabel, Doris and Abby

July 25, 2013 (QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES) – Thousands of Filipinos in the U.S. were lucky enough to be the first to witness the Be Careful With My Heart (BCWMH) tour in May.  In Canada, the tables turned as Pinoys moved the cast to tears at the second leg in Toronto during the same month.  This time, after crowd-drawing and touching tours in the United States (U.S.), and Canada, the Philippines’ well-loved serye, touches down at the Merlion city on July 28 with the main cast in “Be Careful With My Heart World Tour Goes to Singapore.”

The hit series’ final leg goes full force as it brings Richard Yap who plays family patriarch Ricardo who is more popularly known as Ser Chief, and his love interest Jodi Sta. Maria or Maya, and the other major stars at BCWMH’s last stop at Kallang Theater for two shows – at 12 n.n. and 4 p.m.  Joining Ser Chief and Maya are beloved household help Doris (Rosario “Tart” Carlos) and Sabel (Vivieka Vivieka) who also joined the on-screen love team in the U.S. and Canada leg.  Completing the cast for a third time is Mutya Orquia who plays Ser Chief’s precocious daughter Abby.  Finally joining the tour are Janelle Salvador who plays Ser Chief’s other daughter Nikki and Jerome Ponce who plays her brother Luke in the series.

Aside from the lovable cast, ASAP Sessionista and crooner Richard Poon and G Force dancers Grace Fugita and Jobel Dayrit will also fly to Singapore to add more kilig, music and moves to the most-awaited event in the Merlion city this year.

Edgardo Roxas, managing director of ABS-CBN Australia Pty Ltd., official distributor of TFC in Asia Pacific via cable and other platform licensees, said: “After the success of ASAP in Singapore in 2012, we wanted to continue delivering the same kind of entertainment and engagement which only TFC can bring to overseas Filipinos and in effect, can bring them that connection to the homeland.

BCWMH cuts across ages and across classes so we thought the breakthrough program’s tour stop in Singapore will resonate well with our kababayans from all walks of life in Singapore.  Considering the demand for the stars and the show’s daily grind, we are fortunate to have been given this chance to bring the show to Filipinos longing for a piece of home.”

Filipinos in Singapore can get a chance to win meet and greet passes with the stars in two ways.  TFC subscribers can join the Watch & Win promo where a question for the week will be flashed during BCWMH’s Friday episode on TFC.  TFC subscribers must then go to www.facebook.com/TFCSingapore and click on the “Watch & Win” promo tab to answer the question.  Second, ticket holders can like www.facebook.com/TFCSingapore; click on the event pre-registration event tab; and fill-up the form.  Fifty lucky winners and their companion (one per winner) will win meet and greet passes.

“Be Careful With My Heart World Tour Goes to Singapore” will be staged at the Merlion City in cooperation with Asia Connect.  Tickets are priced at Sgd 80, Sgd 70, Sgd 45 and Sgd 25.  For tickets to the much-awaited concert, contact Hello Asia Office at 02-45 Lucky Plaza, Singapore.  For information, contact Hello Asia office at 6733-4995 and 9845-7645 or visit www.facebook.com/TFCSingapore
