Eulaine remembers being able to talk to dwarves and other elementals as well as spirits since she was young. She’s never had any trouble with them, until she turned sixteen and encountered strange dark shadows that loomed in her room. She would feel harassed and molested every time these dark shadows came to visit her at night.
For Eulaine, it was as if she was one of the walking dead, the way she kept herself awake just so she would feel safe at night despite the whispers in the dark. And the worst part was, even the local “albularyo” didn’t want anything to do with her because of the shadows that followed.
Not even after moving on with her life and marrying someone she loved did Eulaine find peace, because it was as if these shadows wanted her for their own.
Is there a chance for Eulaine to be finally free of these shadows? Or will she forever be haunted by them?
