“Be careful with my Heart” star Tom Rodriguez is now a Kapuso via television series “My Husband’s Lover.”
Tom Rodriguez will be playing a husband of Carla Abellana, the female protagonist in the story written by Suzette Doctolero. “My Husband’s Lover” chronicles the life of a woman, who belatedly discovers that her husband has been carrying on an affair, but not with another woman. Her husband’s lover is played by Dennis Trillo.
This will be the very first time that Tom will really be playing as lead. As early as “Amaya,” Kapuso Network had wanted to cast Tom opposite Marian Rivera, but the Kapamilya Network prevailed on him to stay. He was cast only in semi-lead roles. Even in Be Careful with My Heart, he can be seen only every time Aiza is also in the scene. Tom is a talent of Popoy Caritativo.
