The highly-controversial and much-talked about announcement stirred much reactions from the public, but Party Pilipinas: Take a Bow will set the tone loud and clear–that this is not about bowing out of the Sunday TV noontime slot, but rather, the show’s last hurrah is about taking pride of what its artists have offered and what it has become through the years.
And as they exhibit pride in performing on the Party Pilipinas stage one last time, the stars are set to give everyone a party like no other, especially the show’s loyal viewers and die-hard fans.
After deciding to take a break from the spotlight a couple of weeks ago, Asia ’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid chooses to cut her respite short to join the a-listers: the Queen of Soul, Jaya; King of Soul, Janno Gibbs; and her husband, The Songwriter, Ogie Alcasid.
Also this Sunday, Kyla’s lovely voice will be heard once again after she gave birth to her son. Reuniting their fierce onstage tandem as Shinky, she and Rachelle Ann Go will share the limelight.

Nagluluksa na ang buong pwersa ng mga avid fans ng GMA and its “world-class talent” hindi lamang ang pag-paalam ng PP pati ang pagpanwa ni Bella Flores.
The reaction of the majority of GMA fans and some outsiders is so overwhelming that #pptakeabow is still trending on Twitter PH as of this comment’s posting and a picture of PP on a gravestone is going viral on social networks.
