The La Salle-Ateneo rivalry heats up once more as the De La Salle University (DLSU) Lady Spikers and Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU) Lady Eagles meet again to compete for the championship title after DLSU ruled last year and bagged its second consecutive win. ADMU is yet to win its first ever volleyball crown.
Meanwhile, in the men’s division, defending champion Far Easter University (FEU) Tamaraws is up against the National University (NU) Bulldogs. FEU is fighting for their second straight volleyball championship while NU, just like the Lady Eagles, is gunning for their first championship in UAAP volleyball history.
Will the defending champions rule once more? Or will ADMU and NU get their much-desired win and finally become UAAP volleyball champs in their divisions?
The UAAP Volleyball recently drew its biggest crowd to date when a throng of 19,638 screaming volleyball fans filled the SM Mall of Asia Arena during the second round elimination matches.
